Delivery method and times (La Poste):
- Tracked letter: for "small" jewels. Usual delay (not guaranteed) of 48 hours.

- Colissimo: for larger jewelry or from 2 items purchased. 48h delay.

A tracking number is sent to you from the start of your order.

You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases (excluding sales and promotions) against reimbursement if they are not suitable, or to request an exchange.

 

Please send an email to contact.atelierbeguin@gmail.com beforehand explaining the reasons for your return.

 

The articles must be returned in their packaging and in their original state, and without having been worn.
Upon receipt of the return, we will reimburse you within 48 hours and the amounts initially paid - with the exception of shipping costs if there were any - will be refunded within 48 hours on the payment method used at the purchase.

 

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
